What a Learn: 

Through this service project, I learn how powerful prayer and empathy is.  I believe that at times in ministry, nothing is more meaningful to people than for us to show that we can share in their suffering. I know that it is the Holy Spirit working through me and giving me the right words to speak life to the souls I meet. My prayer is that when I serve people, they can see and feel Christ love through me. Even in their suffering and pain, they can see God's goodness through it all. For me personally, something that God showed me through this service project was what it means to be grateful even in the little things that I take for guaranteed, such as food and shelter. So often I complain, but there is always a reason to rejoice and give thanks to God about.
