Currently, I serve mainly as a worship leader and one of the youth & young adults leaders. As a worship leader, I lead the congregation in praise and worship on a weekly basis. I work with the worship team to coordinate practices and song selection. As one of the youth & young adults leader, I give bible teachings monthly, mentor and lead a small group of young women, and help plan/organize various events and programs in the ministry (worship nights, summer camps, local mission outreach). Because our youth and young adults ministry has various teams within, I focus to develop team dynamics to ensure unity and care for spiritual well-being of the team members, especially the team leaders. I do this by organizing monthly prayer nights and team nights.
